Cabee

Terms of Service

Last updated: this is a starting draft — have it reviewed before launch.

The service

Cabee connects customers who need something delivered or need a ride with independent riders. Cabee is not the carrier — riders are independent contractors, not Cabee employees.

Fares and fees

Fares are shown before you confirm a request and are charged in full to your payment method on completion. Cabee takes a percentage-based platform fee from the rider's payout; this fee is disclosed to riders and does not change your fare as a customer.

Cancellations

You may cancel a request before a rider arrives. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to request rides in the future.

Prohibited items

Riders may refuse items that are illegal, hazardous, or unsafe to transport. Do not use Cabee to send anything you would not legally be allowed to carry yourself.

Liability

Cabee facilitates the connection between customers and riders but is not liable for loss or damage during transit beyond what is required by applicable law. Report any issue with a completed delivery within 24 hours.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cabee after a change means you accept the updated terms.
